This Site is a business-to-business resource for food manufacturers, suppliers, and industry professionals. It is not directed to consumers or to children under the age of 16.

Information You Provide to Us
Contact form submissions (“Ask an Expert”): name, email address, mobile number, company name (if provided), and the contents of your message.
Customer portal accounts: login credentials, business contact details, company information, and account activity, including order history, sample requests, specifications, and documents exchanged through the portal.
Career inquiries and job applications: name, contact information, resume or CV, work history, education, and any other information you choose to include in an application.

Suppliers we represent: when you inquire about a specific ingredient or supplier, we may share your business contact information with that supplier to fulfill your request, provide samples, or coordinate specifications.
Dayton Foods and affiliated distribution operations: to fulfill orders, manage warehousing, and coordinate delivery.
Service providers: third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, email delivery, analytics (including Google Analytics), customer relationship management, logistics, and payment processing. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.
Professional advisors: attorneys, accountants, auditors, and insurers as needed to operate our business.
